All maintenance/repair requests must be in writing. No verbal request (unless requests are deemed emergencies such as burst pipe, leaking pipe, etc.) There must be one form per request of maintenance work requested. Once form is received, we will notify you on the timing and date in which a contractor can be available to come. Maintenance repairs are responded to by categories of urgent (busted pipes, etc); important (structural repair); and notice of concern (cosmetic repair). Once this form is received, the request will be deliberated to decide which category the request fits into. Depending upon the agreement of your list, the office will either accept or deny your request. After inspection of repair requested, if any damages that are caused by your possession of the property will be your sole responsibility to be repaired immediately. If our company must make repairs that are due to your damage and negligence, you will be billed for the expense.
